The Ethical Spirits & Co. is a distill startup from TOKYO, JAPAN, producing craft gin using potentially-wasted materials and managing a circular economy-focused distillery, with a philosophy of “Starring the hidden gem”. Our gin uses base spirits made from waste materials such as sake kasu and sake. Different sake kasu from different sake brewery creates completely different flavoured base spirits, delivering innovative gin to our customers.
