Pret a Manger Sold to JAB Holdings for a Cool £1.5bn!
JAB Holdings - owner of Keurig Green Mountain and Krispy Kreme - has bought Pret a Manger for £1.5bn. The transaction is set to be completed by the end of summer.
Bridgepoint first bought the sandwich and coffee chain 10 years ago for £364m. They now have 530 stores across the globe and have generated £879m of group revenues.
Pret a Manger will be a great addition to JAB’s stellar portfolio of food and beverage businesses including Krispy Kreme, which JAB bought last year for £1.01bn.
