With over 20 years’ experience in the coffee industry, Anya Marco is a leading authority on the coffee shop market. Her early career includes being mentored by Sinclair Beecham at Pret A Manager, followed by several years with Starbucks UK before becoming the MD of her own Restaurant AV Installation business. Previously Executive Director of Allegra World Coffee Portal, Anya authored key definitive publications including the definitive reports on the industry, the Project Café series as well as delivering bespoke business support to enable key clients to build competitive strategies and commercial due diligence advice. Anya is currently consulting and using her 51,800 hours of experience as an operator and market expert to help others understand the nuances and complexities of the coffee shop market and consumer behaviour.
