As a lifelong science lover, I was always going to follow my dream into research. However, two lots of cancer put paid to that: after the second course of treatment I was intolerant to so many things, gluten being a key one. I started making gluten free bread, won some medals and created a company. Easy? Hear all the highs and lows of becoming a food manufacturer.
