Tom is recognized as one of the world’s leading brand strategists on both sides of the Atlantic.
He started his career in London and AMV BBDO where he led award-winning creative campaigns for brands like Guinness, Sainsbury’s and The National Lottery.
Tom then moved to Los Angeles to help run 72andSunny, where he led the Samsung business and took them from #5 to #1 in the US market. He led the strategy for the LA 2028 Olympic Bid and created LA Originals, a brand designed to celebrate the creativity and diversity of modern LA and generate funds that will be invested back into the development of the creative arts for children in low income areas of the city.
Tom is currently the CMO of Ember, a design-led temperature control brand. Ember has launched two products in the US market and has won several design and innovation awards, including being named one of TIME magazine’s Best Inventions of the year.
Tom is an ex World Champion rower, a drummer and lives in Venice CA with his family.
