Dunkin Donuts Have Upgraded Their Look for 2018!
Dunkin’ Donuts has opened up a new store in Massachusetts. Inside this 2,200 square foot store you will be welcomed with a more contemporary design alongside some new-age technology!
The renovated establishment will have a drive-thru made only for mobile orders for DD Perks® members, making Dunkin’ the first brand to ever offer this form of convenience.
The coffee chain is also branching out and are now offering customers cold drinks. With their new state-of-the-art tap system, they can make eight different cold beverages, which of course includes DD’s nitro infused cold brew coffee.
Dave Hoffmann, President of Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. and Canada in a written statement said, “our new store is undoubtedly one of the most pivotal moments for Dunkin Donuts. We are now evolving into an on-the-go, beverage-led brand. We wanted to create a positive, fun and engaging atmosphere for all of our customers, but we still wanted the place to feel familiar. We also wanted to emphasise and enhance the store’s convenience and digital innovation and that is what allows us to stand out from the crowd.”
He finished by saying, “we are proud to start 2018 with such an exciting milestone for our brand. We can’t wait to see more of these Dunkin Donut stores for all our guests in every single community.”
The new DD design will also have a grab & go section, which will include bottled drinks and healthy options like fresh bananas, mini oranges and grapes, as well as fruit snacks like Gogo Squeez® applesauce, Yoplait® yogurt parfaits featuring Nature Valley™ granola, and other packaged snacks such as beef jerky, nut butter packs and more.
Employees will also have a revamped look. They will be wearing new uniformed created by the Life is Good Brand. New variations of the new design for DD will be tested in 30 stores in 2018, then they will reveal the official new design after the test run has been completed. Some stores, including the Quincy store, will be trying to drop off the word “Donuts” from the brand’s name.
